Penang Rocks

Warning, this is going to be a long entry with hell lots of pictures

Firstly, I was greeted by the great vast sea.

The sea, a view in my bus on Penang Bridge

Then, I get to eat all kinds of delicacies in Penang ranging from Bak Kut Teh,

Char Koay Teow,

Assam Laksa,

Prawn Mee/ Known as Hokkien Mee in Penang

and many more food which I've digested and constipated. My life on the island for almost a week revolves around eating and DotA'ing daily. I am definitely better now in using Pudge getting him for at least 3 times in -ar mode. Did a monster kill if I'm not mistaken.

Ahhh, fresh meat!!

My in-laws are definitely a nice bunch. They don't mind me bunking in with their son for more than a week. Of course, I took the courtesy by asking if I could use the floor instead of them offering me the bed. And they have papayas daily for dessert due to the great papaya tree in their backyard.

Oh great papaya tree~~

I definitely have lots of great friends and acquaintances in Penang. Edwynn, Adrian and Brownie are definitely great pals for spending their time with me. Let's not forget the great bloggers I've met during my birthday celebration. The birthday celebration was held at Manila Place. The environment is good, and the food would be acceptable, at least for me.

The pastries and cakes they offer are really good. I heard from Lilian that their specialty is Durian Cake!! Too bad it wasn't available on that day itself. Darn!

They all look so tasty, don't they?

Cedric was a lil' camera shy which definitely contradicts with his real personality. I'm gonna present you a picture of Monkey which is definitely rare.

Definitely a rare sight!

Now here's a better shot of Cedric. He asked me to photoshopped some of his flaws but I refuse to. Wakakaka.

No no no~ Not going to edit it. Hahaha.

Here's my birthday cake, Chocolate Sensation which is darn so chocolatey!! Linsey can definitely confirm it for you. None of us can finish our slice except for her.

Chocolate Sensation!

And here's a lil' editted version of the group photo which Brownie and Criz (photographer) missed out.

Don't ask me, I just have the feeling that I wanna poke fun at Cedric. Lol

On my last night in Penang, Zach and I, with a group of friends, went to the beach at Tanjung Bungah. Man, it was awesome. Really enjoyed the seaside though it was dark. There was even a group of teens strumming songs and singing near it. And they don't sound awful at all. Neat, huh?

Zach has always been creative in writting. Apparently on sand too!

This was the most meaningful, for me at the end of my holiday trip in Penang.

I love you too, dear!

I really enjoyed Penang! Thank you everyone!

Cheers
Robb
