God Damn Fats!

I know that having extra weights on your body is not a comfortable feeling. You don't believe me? Check me out when I was fat. I did everything I could to shed them off. They include crash diets, exercises and I even need to sacrifice a lot of activities due to the side effects of my crash diets. Life was definitely difficult back then. I personally can't imagine going through it again.

But then again, I persevered. I am a better man today. There are a lot of people who had asked me for advice on how to lose weight. Sadly, only one of hundreds actually made it to the end. The rest just gave up on the way. Here's another suggestion for you guys. Ever heard of Lapband Los Angeles? If you haven't, do check them out, as it is a simple process to shed weights.

Face the facts people, there are no ugly people in this world, there are only lazy ones. Those who appear rather ugly are due to the fact that they didn't pay much attention in taking care of how they look.
