Magic the Gathering
Geek post ahead. Be warned. :P
As most of you know, I'm a Magic the Gathering player. The game is pretty much like an expensive version of Chess which deals a lot of with logic and strategy. That means there are rules to be observed and what works and what not.
I've recently decided to go hardcore to be a competitive player and take part in tournaments. I no longer play Magic just for fun, but to win tournaments as well. This means I'm spending much more time and indirectly money (to get powerful and effective cards) to the card game.
Despite the fact it's an expensive hobby to be competitive (to play casually, the game can be cheap), but I do feel very satisfied when I play the game efficiently without mistakes and of course, winning games. :)
I'm not alone in my interest to play Magic the Gathering competitively. There are many like me out there playing the game competitively and enjoy doing so. If you're somewhat a person who enjoys logical games and brainstorming for solutions and etc, I assure you that you'll enjoy the game.

The Worldcup season is heating up. Can't be blamed since every 4 years people from all over the world unite to see which football team will become the World champion in football. :D
I'm personally a fan of the World Cup due to the fact that I place bets every now and then just during the World Cup season. :P Somehow I got a feeling~ that France is gonna be the World Cup champion this year! Wootz!!
Celcom is kicking off its World Cup promotion here. Check out the cool Blue Bears!
The bears even did a flashmob at Queensbay Mall to kick off the football season with Penangites. I wish I was there. Haha.
So what team will you be rooting for this year at the World Cup?
