Realistic? Materialistic? Fantastic!
Am gonna be a typical blogger for the day and talk all about myself.
I'm a realistic, materialistic, all-for-himself-stic guy. That means if I'm not getting any benefit from doing something, I'd not do it at all.
Benefit can be defined broadly of course;
- money
- materials
- knowledge
- entertainment
- companionship (friends)
- companionship (sex)
- assistance towards immediate goals in life
- etc etc etc
Let's take for example on why I do the following things;
1. Go to work
I need money, duh. It helps give me knowledge and in the same time sense of purpose in life (partially)
2. Go to a shopping mall
I'd technically only hit the mall if I've something in mind to buy, goal/result oriented. if you're asking me to walk the mall without a reason, I'd rather stay at home cuddling Zaza, Zuzu, Zizi & Brownie.
3. Pick up garbage from the floor
Well, to protect Mother Nature of course!
I was bluffing. The only reason why I sometimes pick up garbage is that it's difficult for me to navigate my way or it's an eyesore that I can no longer tolerate. LOL
Those are just few examples of why I do things and my justification of doing it.
